Upgrading PhoneBurner to Professional or Premium Versions.

Purpose: Your InheritedDataVa need to be able to make call using the web browser. Professional and Premium Versions offer Browser dialing, as opposed to dialing in the system via a cell phone. This does not work if your VA calls from another County.
Upgrade: It is necessary to upgrade to the Professional version to make outbound calls via web browser.
The Premium (recommended) gives the ability to also receive inbound cals with a dedicated caller ID, as well as, the ability to send texts with each outbound call.
Click the your Icon in the upper right hand corner.
Then click “Account” in the dropdown.
Next click “Manage Subscription” in the middle of the page on the left.
Then click “Change account level” Choose either Professional or Premium versions.
